Carol Arnall has been fascinated by the subject of ghosts and hauntings since childhood, but it was only following a serious car accident in 1987 that she finally decided to put pen to paper and have a go at committing something to print. Carol admits that the notion of producing a book on one of her favourite subjects wasn't exactly something new; she had already amassed an impressive array of local based, paranormal related material over the preceeding years. Unfortunately, the accident had now put pay to a successful family business that Carol had set up with her Daughter, and, finding that she had a fair amount of spare time on her hands, she saw that this was perhaps the perfect time to indulge in a project that she had been entertaining for some while. "You have to be positive - and decide either to sink or swim". She says, "I decided I was going to swim, and this was an ideal opportunity for me to do something different". Over the past decade or so, Carol has produced a series of small booklets dedicated to the ghostlore of her home county of Staffordshire . The titles of Carols books are... Carol is currently working on her new booklet 'Eerie Happenings'.
