Progress on the Sandy Lane, Rugeley Development

Planning permission has been granted for the proposed development in Sandy Lane, Rugeley to accommodate the Horsefair Practice and community health services currently located in Rugeley Health Centre.  Legal negotiations are well underway and the expectation is that the agreement for lease should be finalised within the next month.
