Delivery costs on all orders (within the UK) up to £49.99 will be £4.99 per order.

Delivery on all orders £50.00 and over is FREE within UK mainland subject to the conditions below:

a. Orders up to £49.99 are subject to a £4.99 delivery charge. Orders over £50.00 are delivered free.

b. The following UK postcodes AB30-56, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-50 and ZE will incur an extra delivery charge.

c. The Isle of Man (IM), Northern Island (BT) and Isles of Scilly (TR21-25) are all subject to additional delivery charges.

We usually despatch orders within 1 - 5 working days. However, in some cases, where we do not have sufficient stock of the item ordered we may despatch within 7 to 14 working days. You will be advised if despatch will take more than 7 days and will be offered a refund or an alternative item if you prefer not to wait.

Smaller orders are despatched by Royal Mail 1st class post and are usually delivered within 1-3 days from despatch. However, Royal Mail 1st class conditions state that they only guarantee delivery within 14 days, so please allow 14 days from despatch for your item to arrive. Other orders are despatched by overnight courier and are expected to arrive with you within 1 - 2 working days from despatch.

We will inform you of an expected delivery date when your order has been processed. Please note that some items may require a signature. Please make sure someone is available to sign for your order.

Returns

Any damages/shortages should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will replace any item or issue a refund/credit provided that the item is returned unused in its original packaging or if the item is deemed to be faulty or not as described
